Eligibility
Accounts are available to verified member schools only, and are operated by the student sustainability representatives and staff leads each school authorises. Every registration is verified against the school before the account is activated.
Approval
New registrations are reviewed before a school becomes visible in the directory. We may approve, reject or suspend a registration at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the institution.
Your content
Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, including measured results and cost bands. By publishing an initiative or assessment, a school grants Riza permission to display it to other member schools and to include it in aggregate network figures.
Only submit material you have the right to share. Do not upload personal data about students, third-party images you do not have permission to use, or confidential institutional information.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent results, scrape or bulk-export the directory, attempt to access other schools' records, or use the network to market products to members.
No warranty
Content is shared by schools for peer learning. Riza does not independently audit reported results and provides the service on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account or any content that breaches these terms or our safeguarding commitments. A school may close its account and request deletion of its records at any time.

We will notify member schools of material changes to these terms. Questions can be sent to network@riza.org.
